Given the low-volume nature of the wines we carry and the speed with which our inventory changes, we do our best to keep our inventory accurate, however we cannot provide a guarantee that this is always the case.
When making a purchase in our web store:
You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order - this does not necessarily mean your order has been accepted, merely that it has been received by us. We evaluate each order individually and if we are able to complete your order you will receive a confirmation email that your order has "shipped" (this same language appears for both orders that are shipped and orders that are for in-store pick up only) . No payment will be accepted or charge made to you until after an order has been accepted.
If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, you will receive a cancellation email and no charge will be made to you at any time.
Should we be out of a wine you are interested in, feel free to contact us by email or phone and we would be happy to recommend something similar or another wine you may enjoy that we do have in stock.
